Rates & Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. We are an in network provider for traditional BLue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna Insurance plans. Payment must be provided the same day services are rendered. Presently, if you do not have the above insurance, you can submit your bill to your insurance if you have out of network benefits. We will bill to your insurance company for services rendered. Certain providers do not participate in network within Impact Health. A sliding scale fee is offered as an option to minimize costs.

We offer a free 15 minute consultation over the phone. In this initial exchange, we will refer you to the appropriate clinician within our practice best suited your individual needs. Finding the right therapist and building a strong therapeutic relationship are very important to your success. We value your positive and negative feedback as this allows us to grow as clinicians and to improve our business.

The initial appointment is an assessment so we get a better idea of who you are, what your needs are, and if we are right for you. This initial appointment is approximately 60 minutes long. Subsequent appointments are 45-60 minutes long at the discretion of clinician.
